Reviewing 2025 · Positioning for 2026 | Privy Capital VIP Seminar
In an environment of persistent inflation and elevated interest rates, identifying stable and resilient investment opportunities has become increasingly important.
Against this backdrop, Privy Capital hosted its VIP Seminar on March 18, 2026, in Pokolbin, Australia, bringing together high-net-worth investors and long-term partners to discuss market developments and investment strategies.
From a macro perspective, the session addressed the current global environment, where inflation—although moderating—remains above central bank targets, and interest rates are expected to stay higher for longer. In such conditions, investors are increasingly focused on asset classes that can deliver stable income and demonstrate resilience across market cycles.
From a market perspective, we explored the structural characteristics of the Australian private credit market. Compared to overseas markets that are more reliant on corporate credit risk, Australia’s private credit sector is predominantly supported by real estate-backed lending, offering a more asset-driven and risk-controlled investment framework. With banks continuing to retreat from certain lending segments and overall market penetration remaining relatively low, the sector presents compelling structural growth opportunities.
From a company perspective, Privy Capital reviewed its 2025 investment performance. Over the past year, the firm successfully completed multiple real estate-backed lending transactions, with all exited projects achieving on-time repayment and a zero principal loss record to date. This reflects the firm’s disciplined approach to asset selection, risk management, and ongoing project oversight.
Looking ahead, we outlined our strategic priorities for 2026, including expanding deal sourcing channels in an increasingly competitive environment, maintaining strict risk control standards, and enhancing transparency and compliance in response to evolving regulatory expectations.
The seminar also featured selected case studies of recently exited projects and current investment opportunities, as well as an introduction to new product initiatives beyond traditional real estate lending, including Software Funding and Legal Funding strategies, aimed at further diversifying sources of stable income.
The event provided valuable insights into the current investment landscape and fostered meaningful discussions with our investors and partners.
Privy Capital remains committed to delivering transparent, asset-backed investment opportunities and building long-term partnerships with our investors.
